This Social Media Policy ensures the responsible use of social media at TechnoJoy while maintaining strict client confidentiality.
1. Client Confidentiality and NDA
Confidential Information: All client data, including business strategies, plans, and proprietary information, is confidential.
NDA Compliance: All employees, contractors, and affiliates must sign an NDA before working on client projects. Disclosure or misuse of client information on any platform is prohibited.
Post-Termination: Confidentiality obligations continue even after the working relationship ends.
2. Social Media Use
Personal Accounts: Employees must not share any client information on personal social media.
Official Accounts: Only client-approved content should be posted. Unauthorized sharing of client data is strictly prohibited.
3. Breach of Confidentiality
Violations of confidentiality will result in disciplinary action, up to termination or legal action, including after employment ends.
4. Client Consent
Before sharing client-related content on social media, obtain written consent. Ensure posts follow client guidelines and NDA terms.
5. Compliance and Training
Employees must comply with all relevant laws, advertising standards, and platform guidelines. Training will be provided on this policy and NDA requirements.
6. Amendments
This policy may be updated periodically, and all employees are required to comply with changes.
