At TechnoJoy, we aim for customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility
Website Development: No refunds will be issued once development has commenced.
Other Services: Advertising, We do not offer refund. Advertising is solely for publicity. We do not guarantee customer interaction.

2. Payment Terms
Payments are due on the first of each month.
Clients will receive a reminder notification on the 27th of each month regarding their payment.

3. Term and Termination
Agreement Duration: This Agreement commences on the date signed and lasts for one year.
Termination Notice: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Suspension of Services: If payment is not received and there is no communication for three months, the client’s website will be suspended. If no payment or communication is received during this time, the website and data will be terminated in the fourth month, with notification provided by a designated representative.

4. Policy Changes
TechnoJoy may modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
